Hitting the gym 7 days a week is awesome. I used to lift 5-6 days a week, before I got my spinal cord injury

that I sometimes do more than I should. Back injuries are no fun, I hope yours is healed up and feeling better.

I wrecked my L5-S1 pretty bad in January of last year and was crippled up for several months. I had doubts that I would ever be
able to lift again, but it's healed up way better than expected. I do still have Sciatic nerve damage in my right foot that I deal with.
I love my Garage Gym, I started putting it together about 28 years ago. I keep all my many Kettlebells indoors.
