* Lower Back feels ok after yesterday's Deadlifts.
* I dropped 3.4 pounds this week, and
have now dropped over 33 total pounds.
Hitting my goal of 175 by my 63rd birthday
in mid August should be fairly easy now,
but I can't let up, still 10 pounds to go...
* I dropped 2 more pounds this week and have
now lost 35 pounds. I'm now only 8 pounds away
from my goal of weighing 175 for my 63rd B-Day
on 8/17. At the rate I'm going 170 just might be a
possibility. I'm definitely feeling pretty darn good!
Rocking that weight loss brother! I’ve lost 13-15 lbs in the last 4 months and I feel the difference too. It’s definitely helped my cranky knees feel better. I have more energy and I can get down to the ground and back up so easy. I don’t have to grab anything or shift my weight to my “good” knee.

That's great man! It definitely feels great to lose the flab and be lighter. Today I wore my lifting belt (Bob's)
and Had to move it in 3 holes (inches) to get it snug.
