6 tbsp butter, divided
1 cup diced onion
4 cloves minced garlic
14 oz kielbasa thinly sliced
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 large head of cabbage cored and sliced
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper
If you’re feeling frisky put some red pepper flakes in there too
In a large skillet melt half the butter and sauté the onions and garlic.
Add the red wine vinegar and kielbasa and cook the kielbasa until slightly browned.
Now add the remaining butter, cabbage, salt and pepper
Sauté the cabbage until it is wilted and slightly browned.
Put the red pepper flakes on top and serve.
This is pretty easy. It’s keto and gluten free. Make sure you get real kielbasa from the meat counter and not some crap in a package in the hot dog cooler.
