Not looking for a medical opinion just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
Just competed in a meet, triceps felt great. This morning I did some light pressing with just the bar which felt fine. I was going to work up to one plate just to get some deloaded work in. I put 25s on the bar and when I lowered it my left tricep felt like it was going to exploded. Immediately ceased training and now my left tricep hurts when I curl my arm.
Again not looking for medical advice just wondering if anyone else has had this before.
