      Getting it together.

integrating more cable and machine options.

      I’m watching you…

Push/pull/legs is a popular way to train these days. Pro Nick Walker even trains like this. I don’t really follow this but I do tend to group chest and tri’s together (push) and back and bi’s (pull). I’ve already noticed you’re hitting back and tri’s one day and chest and bi’s together. Do you just want each muscle group to be fresher when you hit it? I haven’t given this thought in awhile.

I remember Cutler switching to a 4 day training cycle one year for the O so he could get more days in. He'd do the same thing so he didn't have to have an arm day.

He went back to 5 day split after that year but I do notice pro BB'ers do switch it up if they feel they're getting stagnant.

Having an arm day on its own is the third option. It’s the way of the Beast LOL

In my past experiences AB I've found doing biceps after a heavy back workout did not yield optimal results. Case in point attempt working your biceps before a back workout or better yet a heavy triceps workout before chest. By the time you're done hitting all your heavy compounds how would expect the smaller group to respond? Obviously
this is based on my own preferences. But I would suggest you exhaust all options before coming to any conclusions.
