Thanks for asking Bubba. Better question is, how are you recovering?
By the looks of your workouts it seems incredibly well.

HAHA! I love how you tend to answer a question with a question.

GREAT! Pressing strength isn't climbing as quickly as my Squat/Dead strength, but that's understandable for obvious reasons. Just have to realize it may take quite a while to get the strength fully back. Plus, this whole process has allowed me both realize and re-focus on training in a more intelligent approach.

I've accepted that I can't push it like I used to. Not only for energy levels, but my hypertension as well. The focus has been reducing exercise volume to a 3-4 more key movements with another set or two compared to how I used to train. Not only does it save time, but it's starting to feel as if it's doing more for my muscles. Simply hammering 5-7 movements per muscle groups with only 3 sets isn't going to work for me anymore. Trying to spend less time training, more time to get things done in the evenings so I can get my big ass to bed when I need to basically =)

At some point I'll make time to get in cardio for health's sake. For now, lifting and good quality cleaner foods is the focus.

      Make the necessary adjustments Beast.
      If you wish to continue
it is of critical importance to avoid
      the potentially harmful movements.
It’s difficult because they may have been
the exercises you’ve relied on for years.
Make better choices based on ease and effectiveness.
Trust me Bubba the older the harder the recovery. ;)

      I appreciate the kind words!

I'm starting to understand the older thing, HAHA! I've become closer friends with my Marc Pro and Theragun. Love the soreness even though it tends to hang around longer these days =)
