NAUTILUS LEVERAGE LOW ROW!!
I finally found a reasonably good substitute for my old fave,
the bent over row. I know it sounds blasphemous but I kind of had no choice.
Actually spent about an hour or so doing these. Great feel!

Way back when I was in college, there was a gym in the basement of the residence hall I lived in for a couple years. They had all kinds of old school Nautilus machines from the 1960's. There was definitely some gems amongst them. I particularly liked the pullover and delt machine.
