      Egg beaters and sardines!

Need to explore other food options. Burnt out on tuna and egg whites. Doing skinless chicken thighs
as well. So done with chicken breasts. Doing a lot of pork tenderloin as well.

The key is to marinade your chicken breasts for 24 hours minimum! I even use a fork and poke holes up and down the breast to make sure the marinade really gets in there. 48 hours is optimal. I also add more seasoning (it's low sodium) on the backside of the breasts when I flip em on the grill. Most of the seasoning cooks into the meat or comes off so you really don't need to obsess about the sodium.

ALSO! I found a garlic infused canola oil that I drizzle a little bit on the chicken and rub it in before I re-heat it in the toaster oven. Makes it moist and adds a hint of garlic =)
