If done correctly that is. Begin from a completely stretched, dead hang position.
When initiating the pull aspect of this magnificent width builder please do so
WITHOUT jerking or kicking the lower extremities.
This is where the water gets muddy regarding the effectiveness
of this exercise. Now in a smooth and controlled manner continue to
pull your chin beyond the bar and finish the job by touching the bar to your
clavicle. Return in the same manner accentuating the negative portion of the
movement. Keep back arched throughout, and make a conscious effort to
initiate the pull from the elbows. Master these and you too will be able to blot
out the sun!
