1 1/2 cups frozen berries or mango chunks
1/2 banana frozen (cut into slices and arrange on a plate. Cover with cling wrap and freeze)
1 cup cottage cheese
1 Tbsp honey
Mix the frozen fruits in a food processor or blender until smooth
Add cottage cheese and honey, mix some more
You can eat it now or put it into a container and freeze. Made this with strawberries and bananas. Added a scoop of vanilla whey to the blender with the cottage cheese and honey. Perfect snack at night
