Wow thanks so much for keeping up with me :) I appreciate you guys!
Yes, did a qualifier show the week before and did national's.
Came in 7th out of 8 as a heavyweight, 25 lbs above my stage weight last year.
Still have many improvements to make like more upper body size, better condition, more symmetry and and more muscle maturity but I will keep working relentlessly to build a pro quality physique.
I am beyond happy with my progress and showing this year, it is hands down the biggest and leanest I have ever been.
You guys can view some of my latest pics on my IG @physiquetacademy.
Please DM me there if you are from the forum as I would love to follow your journeys!
Love you guys and appreciate you! 1 more show planned this weekend and then back to growing and becoming an ANIMAL!!!
I am not sure if you guys know, but I suffered a really serious brain injury a few years back. I nearly died and needed brain surgeries back in 2020. I thought I would die and if I survived, I thought I would never bodybuild or could train again. Any of you interested in the story you can watch it here:
That's amazing. Your transformation from the pics in the beginning of the video to now is inspiring on their own but then overcoming the brain bleed to get where you are today is amazing. You're attitude about it all and not giving up is inspiring as well. We all have set backs. You can't give up ever. Thanks for sharing

Thanks so much brother and to all you guys for the motivation, support and kind words!
The family aspect here is so special to me and I really value all of you! :) Thank you for continuing to follow the journey, I promise I will be back better and bigger as long as God gives me health and work :)
Your battle back to beat the odds should
be an inspiration to us all. In all honesty however,
unless we’ve suffered through a similar experience
we haven’t a fucking clue what it takes
to climb out of that dark hole.
The initial fear and doubt
that pours over you can be overwhelming .
It sure as shit can crush your spirit. To come as far as you have my friend speaks volumes of your resolve.

That means a lot brother, thank you so much for watching and your kind words!
You guys here inspire me to be my absolute best daily as we all have our own battles and demons that we fight.
It for sure was the scariest experience of my life...especially because I already had my first born at the time. I was most scared of leaving a 1 year old without a father :( I still have some PTSD to this day.
Keep on inspiring others and myself brother, means the world :)
