What shouldn't you take a protein shake before the cuts. I dont wanna be loosing any hard earned mass.
I wouldn't have it before cuts for at least 90 min or so, because cuts will work best on a relatively empty stomach... but you can have it 30-40 min after

I stopped my test/stak stack about 3 weeks ago. I am not preparing myself...and my refrig for a cut.
Since I will be using the keto diet by Ox (did it last year and it was amazing) I would like to know about M-stak and cuts.
The diet is basically all protein, hence the M-stak "Protein synthesis". Does this have any carbs though or contain anything that will ramp up insulin? No sugar additives, substitutes and carbs allowed.

I did that stak w/o m-stak and did very well. After the test/stak stack I am much larger then I was and started seeing muscles I have never seen before and I hit my 300lb mark so I'm ready to start cutting.
Should I be sipping on EAA Stak while doing morning cardio after I take my Animal Cuts pak?
My big fear is that if i don't the cuts will help burn fat, rid excess water, and so forth, but also tear into my muscle and take away from me my well hard earned muscle for my show!

Even on fasted morning cardio, I take i half scoop Iso Whey(10g protein), and sip on EAA Watermalon Stack(6g EAA).
I take Cuts 20min before, Protein before i step on to the treadmill(it's light enough to where it doesn't hurt your stomach while doing cardio) and sip on Watermelon EAA to help preserve muscle some more and taste good. Something positive in my cardio, good taste + iPod cause cardio sucks.
I just finished my first cycle on cuts and with cardio 3 times a week and a healthy diet I was able to shed a little over 15lbs...I will swear by this product for now on and can't wait to try the Stak 2 I just ordered. I'm a big believer in Animal products now and I'm not going anywhere else from now on.
I work out in the early morning time slot. I take pump right when I wake up and them commute to the gym. I have been thinking about adding cuts to my diet. I still want to lift and get stronger, but I would like to loose some gut and I know I have to do that by doing the cardio deal. So, does anyone know if it'd be good, bad, or indifferent to take the cuts with the pump because I usually work out and then I like to go run before I have to start the rest of the days. Any advice? Usually I just take the pump with a bottle of water and drink a shake 3o minutes post workout, but I'll change up whatever if you have a better plan or know of something better. I appreciate the advice...
