Hey House. Do you have any suggestions on how to add weight to Toe Raises? I'm currently doing 3 controlled sets of 40 with my heels on a platform. I tried adding 2.5s onto my toes but the weights would fall off on the negative. Thanks in advance!
hey ive recently put together a 5 day split routine and usually change it every month or so to get new gains and all that. im pretty new to this game so id love some advice on the split from a veteran in the game, here is how it looks:
monday: chest
incline bb press
flat db flyes
decline db press
tuesday: back
pulldowns
bent over rows
wide grip chins
deadlifts
wednesday: shoulders
seated military press with barbell
DB side laterals
bent over laterals
DB shrugs
thursday: Bis and tris
barbell curl (against wall to put more stress on biceps and keep good form)
precher curl
seated DB curl
skullcrushers
tricep triangle bar pressdowns
overhead DB extension
friday: legs
leg extensions
squats
leg press
ham curl
i do 4 sets of each exercise, reps usually stay between 6-10 lookin for mass

Bro I have used that split many times it worked for me.. Try it and see what happens.. Nothing wrong with that split..
Hey house, saw in your article about how you take NOX3 before you go to sleep. I saw the label and it says to take it twice a day..in the morning and in the after noon....so my question is do you just take 3 caps before bed or 6 caps before bed....oh and why do you wait until before bed if its recommended to take during the day?
